BioHey, my name is Kate. I'm 23, and currently living in Northern Virginia. I am single living with two cats which I believe makes me an official Old Cat Lady, but I'm ok with that. I also play a lot of X-Box, from Fable II to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and definitely Rockband. I'm always looking for a good book to read, and I try to write on my own, though it's always a challenge.
On the weekends I tend to travel to southern Virginia, to help my parents out on their farm. They have a lot of young horses who have never been trained, and now that my parents are getting older, I'm hoping to train, market, possibly show, and hopefully sell some of the horses for them. So far it's been painful (both physically and and emotionally), and entirely unsuccessful, but it's nice to get out in the sun on the weekends and bond with the horses, see the mountains, and get some fresh air. It's especially beautiful country in the spring and fall, so that's a reward in and of itself, I guess.
Other than that, I am a normal, boring secretary who posts bits and peices on LJ. Hope you enjoy!
